Great experience! Put two TVs on walls, installed a camera so we could see who is at front door. Cleaned up well. All techs friendly and accommodating. I would hire again.

THE PROJECT STARTED TWO WEEKS AGO. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PART TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN ORDERED AS THE GENERAL MANGER WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THE TECHS WERE GREAT BUT THE FOLLOW THROUGH IS TERRIBLE. I WILL BE FORCED TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH THE PROJECT!

Customer's system is fully installed and operational. The "part" that he is waiting for is a digital to analog audio adpater to allow his wireless headphones to interface with his TV. We have advised against this, as it will cause a synchronizatoin delay between audio and video when he is watching TV, in order to allow the conversion to take place. We referred the customer to a website to order it if he so chooses, but we do not offer the part he wants, as it diminishes the quality of the viewing experience, which is the opposite of what we are striving for. He really needs to upgrade his headphones to a digital ready model to avoid issues.

Came on time, two men, check all TVs to make sure reception was good. Took three hours which seemed like too long and too costly at $75/hr for just erecting antennae and connecting to coax already throughout the house.
Response from Company:
Customer had 6 TVs they were connecting to system, which included having to boost signal at several locations. Additionally, some of the TVs were legacy TVs and each location had to be scanned for all channels. This takes time.

Technicians were there on time, that's refreshing based on my experiences with other contractors. They did the requested work in a timely and professional manner and didn't leave until they knew I was completely satisfied. The owner of the firm even called me later the same day to follow up. I'm very happy with this company and plan on using them again in the near future.

Took my money. System crashed. Won't return my calls. Totally worthless.

This customer has an ADT proprietary security system, which we did basic troubleshooting for. We charged a $75.00 service call to come out and troubleshoot his system, get it working and show him the basics of operation. Unfortunately, since we are not ADT, we cannot service his communication with ADT proprietary monitoring service, as we told him when we scheduled the appointment. He stated that he didn't want to have to deal with them. When he called back again, we counseled him to call ADT directly. He was very angry with this, but there was nothing more we could do to help, unless he was willing to change equipment, which he was not.
