Write a Review2 guys came in, and took over! I was strugling with my 7.2 system, and they hooked it up calibrated it, and it is amazing! They also advised me on the the system features, and tech. So I felt more educated when they were through. The price was less than I thought, and in addition, they made it out within 24 hours. Thank you!
We had a large screen tv and sound bar mounted by them. The knowledgeable crew did an excellent job and we highly recommend them!

Wayne and his crew provided a professional install of a home theater system and security cameras on the outside of my home. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend them!
Wayne responded immediately to my request. Very polite. The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately on what was to be a simple project. The project ended up not just the simple re-hooking up of an existing system. The crew worked very diligently on the issues that arose. WE are very happy with the results.

Terrible Businessman! Dishonest. Price higher than fixed quote he gave over the phone. Workmen arrived very late and unprepared to do the TV installation and hookup into the existing home theater system we hired them to do. Left a mess of hanging wired, excess holes drilled in the wall, uncovered outlets. Owner, Wayne, came out to supposedly finish the 1 1/2 hour job, which is crew took over 7 hours to do. He promised us he would send someone back to complete the work the following Saturday or Monday. No one came. He didn't return our calls or texts. DO NOT HIRE HIM UNLESS YOU like to be cheated out of more money than quoted and enjoy looking at excessing holes in your wall from guys who are inexperienced and don't know how to measure before drilling. The worst service provider ever!
In actuality, this customer provided very little information over the phone and for an "estimate over the phone," without a visit to the site. Upon arrival, the scope changed significantly and they wanted to hold us to the same price we discussed over the phone. Now that is dishonest, especially since we only commenced work after they agreed to the updated price based on the changes they made. The "excessive holes" in the wall consisted of bolt holes for a TV mount that was caused by their indecision on where they wanted the TV mounted. They changed the height and location multiple times and then blamed us for the extra holes. TVs are not mounted with water that can simply be wiped off. By definition, mounting a TV requires penetration into the substrate it is being mounted to. Still, they insisted we were responsible for them, and attempted to force us to pay to patch them. To settle the matter, I gave them credit against the cost of installation labor, but that was still not enough. These people excelled at cajoling and manipulating and now, several months later they post a review like this because they are throwing a tantrum about not being able to force their dishonesty down our throat. Unfortunately, there are people like this out there, that attempt to harm businesses when throwing a collective tantrum does not work. For reference, this work was completed in the middle of November, nearly three months ago, and they have been calling and threatening the entire time. If what they say is actually the truth, why not simply dispute the credit card payment? The reason is that we properly completed the work we were contracted to do, we have pictures of it completed, and they know it. The rest is just lies and attempts to injure us.
Wayne is hands on regarding his business and wants to be sure his customers are satisfied and happy. His technicians are personable, professional and explained how the system works in "layman" terms. TY.
Did a great job and was very professional. I did think 350.00 was kinda of expensive. Then other places but was able to get me in the next day.
The fee for installation was consistent with other bids, including Best Buy, but I was able to schedule for the next day. The owner, Wayne, is accessible. The installers were professional and followed safe Covid protocols. I liked being able to support a locally owned business, who are clearly in it for the long haul.
