They arrived at the appointed time, knew just what to do, did it in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They offered ideas on just how to make the application better and did it. I would (and am) going to use them again and have already recommended them to other people.
They did a wonderful job--kept working until it was just right and fulfilled our expectations.
After failed cables, remote hardware and rescheduling conflicts, this service did complete the installation, taking an additional 3-4 weeks (including one wait due to failure of my equipment). They did spend lots of extra time to make the system work. They could do better on scheduling and phone/text notification of impending visits. Clean-up and extra hole drilling/filling was not up to my expectations. Response to most concerns was very quick. Various crews (on 5-6 different visits) were very polite and respectful.
The technicians were very professional, polite, on time, and did an excellent job and made sure that knew how to use all the equipment before they left.
The lack of communication his biggest down fall.no callbacks and I tried to work withhim.He said I will get back to you.still no call back.the service, I was at their mercy for honest trusting work.the tv antenna went out the signal amph.was laying on the roof wet and no wonder it did not work. No I can not recommended this company.
This customer originally posted a 5.0 review of our work. 16 months later, after we refused to provide FREE service when his antenna was damaged in a monsoon storm, this customer posted this negative update to his review. We cannot provide indefinite free service to customers, especially in the face of 50mph winds in a monsoon storm.
Never returned phone calls. Basically left my system worse than it was before. Suggested I need a new battery in the remote!!!!!!
We suggested this customer needed a battery for his remote, BECAUSE HE NEEDED A BATTERY FOR HIS REMOTE!. It would not hold a charge, and since this was a universal remote and he did not have the original component remotes, we recommended he purchase a new battery for his remote. Since he declined, he was not charged for any service. We stopped returning his phone calls because he kept demanding irrational things, like fixing his existing battery instead of him having to spend $30 for a new one. Nonsensical.

I got a a very expensive antenna but only have the same channels after installation.
