Response from Company:
Customer had extensive additional work done at his request after arrival, including running cabling to all locations for two different residences. He paid approx $1200 for two separate installations and all the cabling, and then requested a discount for giving us additional work at a second location after paying the invoice and acknowledging on our work orders that he was satisfied with our workmanship. Some people think we are at the swap meet and everything is negotiable. We have standard pricing that is provided up front, and it is not unusual or dishonest to expect that when we are finished those standard payments will be expected. Of course, posting negative reviews is always an avenue of hurting someone you do not agree with or want to get back at, but you will notice he does not complain a bit about the quality of work performed.

I really got screwed. Their estimate was for around $600.00 and was charged over $1,100.00; and the antenna does not work. Their techs arrived without the proper materials the first day, and I was told they would have to return to complete the work. They do not answer phone calls, and kept stalling on a response. The antenna does not work as represented by Wayne, and they will do nothing to correct the situation, or take it back for credit. They are a lousy company to do business with! Run, do not walk the other way or you too will be screwed!

This customer is not being truthful in his review. Our estimate was for approx $600.00 based on his description over the phone. Upon arrival, he required additional work, including running new cable lines for the TV feeds from the antenna. This incurred additional costs for materials and labor. Initially he agreed to this and provided payment information, and then he disputed the transaction with his credit card company after we left. We are now in a legal battle to retain the funds for the installation. Additionally, despite the disclosure we make to all antenna customers that we cannot guarantee reception of every possible channel, this customer is claiming the antenna does not work as advertised because he is only getting 30 channels, and is missing one that he wants to receive. Again, we can only receive the channels that are available in the area of installation. It is technology, not magic. I am not sure how he states he was screwed since he has a fully installed and operational system and has paid $0 for the installation to date.

Wayne and his staff were very helpful and courteous. Im in an area where reception isnt the best but the antenna is picking up great. Im going to have them come back and have them help me with stereo equipment and outside speakers. Very professional and knowledgeable!!

Wayne was in contact when there was a short waiting period for my new TV antenna to arrive at their store. The installation was quick and efficient and the technition explained things and were very quice and efficient.

The owner and his staff were very courteous and focused on performing the job to our satisfaction. The project cost more than estimated as our old system was apparently very proprietary and difficult to work with requiring more man hours than anticipated and extra equipment. This, of course, is not the fault of AVT. I was surprised that they required assistance from an HVAC technician to get the wiring correct as if they deal with home automation one would think they would be more familiar with that aspect. In any case, the job was completed and works as advertised. My wife and I are well pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

It is so nice to have two technicians show up and go above and beyond while installing our new TV antenna. They were able to answer our questions and help us with learning how to use our TVâ s remote control. They helped us with making decisions that would make the most sense for our homeâ s SmartTV experience. I think the best thing is that they were able to show us how easy it is to brighten our screen which now provides stellar color and a great picture. We feel like we just upgraded our TV. The technicians were Prompt, courteous, and vey knowledgeable, were tidy & worked quickly, but stayed till the job was done to my satisfaction... then helped me learn how to use the systemÂ… Very pleased with my new antenna, even in a difficult Northwest area with mountains, I am receiving 20+ channels (all major stations except for Fox, Plus more) with no cable bill! Plenty enough for me.
