The guys did a great job. It didnâ t quite go as planned as My HDMI cable was too short for what I wanted to do. They did however get the sound bar working and itâ s great!

First of all, they should have brought a properly sized ladder to reach the roof peak to install the Antenna. It was installed at the low end of the roof line and tech stated that it would have been better at the peak.

We don't typically carry a three-story 26'+ ladder on our trucks, although one is available when we know in advance. However, you cannot get better than operational. The antenna is installed properly, functions perfectly, and is less conspicuous than if it were at the top of the roof peak. The comment made by the technician about it being better at the peak was prior to the install taking place. Once it was installed and determined to be fully operational there was no need to mount it even higher.

Workers must wear masks.

I discussed this issue with the customer and she was unreasonable. We live in AZ and expecting that workers, outside, in 100+ degree heat should wear masks is absurd. Note that she makes no complaint about the quality of work, merely her irrational assertion regarding mask-wearing while working outside in excessive heat.
