Worst experience I have ever had. Wayne quoted me to do surround sound in my home and said it would take 3 days. He also said that we would be able to listen to the tv and audio through the speakers in the entire home. After 8 days I am only able to hear sound through out the entire home and only hear audio in video in family room. Wayne also told me that my quote would not exceed a certain dollar amount. Promised me on several occasions but when I received the final bill it was 863 over what he promised.

Response from Company:

The 3 days promised was to retrofit wiring, not for entire completion, including patch and paint. All of the components for this job were provided by the customer. We retrofit wiring and installed his equipment to be used as it was designed. Upon completion, he stated additional desires that his equipment was not capable of and refused to pay. He only paid after legal action began. His invoice was exactly what was estimated. If not, why would he pay over the estimate? Additionally, he manipulated our painter to use 12 colors, instead of the original 2 colors. Dishonesty never brings happiness.

Very professional and they helped me do the work I needed them to do and nothing else. No hard sell or hidden fees. They came on the same day I needed them to save me from another miss day of work with no pay. Very reasonable price. I'm so glad I didn't schedule with the Geek Squad.

Had issues with our large screen TV & home audio system. Ended up needing to have DirecTV come out for the largest issue, but technician very knowledgable in fixing other problems. Still waiting for an invoice though as tech couldn't give me one & owner said he'd send one out via email a few days ago but still nothing.

The installers were great. They took their time to understand my needs and offered to try options to see if they would work. The end result has worked well. The reason they were not "5" all the way across was the information I discussed over the phone was not passed to the installers so we lost time. Also they would not have had all the needed equipment if we had gone with my original plan due to the lack of information given them.
