Chad from Audio Video Technologies came and installed two 7 inch speakers in my ceiling for my surround sound system. He was very knowledgeable about the speaker installation and had the two holes cut and the speakers installed in probably an hour. He was very concerned about making sure that the furniture and work area was kept clean from the drywall dust that resulted from cutting the holes for the speakers, and made sure to put the furniture back in place and pick up after himself after the work was complete. And I was only charged $75 an hour which I thought was a great deal. Highly reccommend to anyone looking to have quality work done.

Once they got here the service was great. The only thing is that my antenna is not receiving clearly a local channel there should be NO problem with.. I am getting break up off and on and I wonder if it isn't the location of the antenna... oh Well we will see.....

This customer is located in an area where one particular local transmitter is behind the mountain and the signal is very spotty at best. We optimized this the best possible, but intermittent outages for this one will happen, based on this customer's location. Update - Technician went back out and found that a bolt had broken on the antenna mount and the antenna was not in the correct position. This was repaired and the performance of the problem was restored.

Audio Video Technologies employees were very professional and helped me design the best home theater equipment for my situation. Wayne the saleman answered all my questions about the features of each component, their quality and relative cost. Chad, the installer did and excellent job, used extra care to avoid damaging my cabinets and made sure everything worked properly before he left. Chad programed the universal remote so well that even my wife found it easy to use the components. My only complaint is that they didn't always phone me when they were going to be delayed and tell me when they would be there.

Audio Video Technologies called soon after I was referred to them and were available the next day! I needed someone to install my parents blu rae dvd player since they are technology impaired and I am out of town. It was a small job, but they took it happily. They arrived on-time and my mother was so excited. She said they did a great job and she asked the technician all kinds of questions that he happily answered for her. Will definitely use them again when we need them!
