in general Audio Video was efficient and completed the work quickly once I could make contact. One has to leave voicemail and they return the calls. Overall I was very pleased witht he actual installation and the company is does very professional work.

AV Technologies were very efficient and complete. Came on time and on short notice. Worked with the electronic equipment that I had and was able to complete the project without buying more equipment. Overall, very happy with there service.

This company knows its business! It's President, Wayne McCoy, is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person who takes the time to explain everything he will do for you, and then he makes sure it gets done. His technicians installed my home theater system, hooked up all the cables, then showed me how to operate the remotes to the system. They were not allowed to leave until I assured Mr. McCoy they had done everything I asked. Its hard to believe the Geek Squad or any other companies out there could match or surpass this company for service quality and competitive prices. I highly recommend this company for all your audio and video needs.
