The experience of finding an installer by internet, being contacted by internet, and stating my wishes all by internet was a bit unnerving and a first for me. However, everything was done as promised, the person who put the antenna on the roof was knowledgeable and gracious and took the time to explain fully what he had done and how things worked and he left no mess behind.

I met with Wayne from Audio Video Technologies, he was very adament that my install would be "a piece of cake" and that with his equipment we would not only get all local channels but also some from the Phoenix area as well. Nothing was further from the truth the equipment installed , amplifier and splitter, was defective by their own addmission. after 5 hours the antenna signal was worse than what I got with a $25 antenna. I have repeatedly called and left messages on their answering machine and they have not returned my calls for the past week. I am out $200 he charged to my credit card andhave faulty equipment that does not work.

First of all, this customer was installed three days before his review, not a week, but the real problem is that he is trying to get something for nothing. We were able to get an ex ent picture on one TV, but the wiring going to two other locations is in bad shape and needs replacement and he expected us to make those TVs work magically, without replacing the faulty wire. He lied and stated that those TVs had worked before, which was impossible, as he was just moving in and the was raw with no connector on the end of it to connect to a TV.
