    I was notified by the Company on each step of the process to install my Generator. This included the times when they were coming as well as the status (including permits) to completion. Very professional from start to finish. 5 stars

    Reliable did a ... reliable job. It took months between signing the contract and getting the unit installed because the demand for these installations was so high. Once they broke ground their work was done professionally and they were receptive to my concerns as they returned to our home to twice take care of a few minor adjustments. We were very satisfied with their work and would recommend the company to anyone considering installation of an emergency generator.

    They performed routine maintenance and did a thorough inspection and test and recommended I move or redirect a sprinkler so it doesn't direct water toward the generator.

    After a recent maintenance, my generator was sending out an error code. Since I recently had them out, and the battery replaced, this visit was free of charge, and the technician had to replace the starter. So far, seems to be working well.

    I do not object to the installation of the generac system. Where I found fault was with the UNRELIABLE electricians. They did a panel upgrade. My panel waslabeled, all they had to do was copy it. They left the panels unlabeled because they never pulled a permit. Wonder why. When they installed the smoke detector it took them 3 days. The first night they went off all night. It took them 3 sets of detectors to get it right. I would not recommend the electricians. Their name should have been my first clue. Now I have to label my panel and hope they did a good job.

    Very poor communication. Tried to contact project manager. They will not give out his number. All I get is the run around.
