Came out and found it was the battery. I felt the charge was excessive. Granted they found the problem but the initial service call didn't even include evaluating the system, I had to ask to have it done. I agreed to the charge before having the company come out, I just feel the $275.00 charge is excessive.

Hi there! We thank you for the feedback. Our notes and your account activity indicate that we did a full evaluation of the system for you, which is what the charge is for. I am looking a copy of your signed ticket from the technician's evaluation and see that he truly performed the diagnostics. I also see notes that we offered to replace a battery for you, but that you declined stating that you do alot of your own mechanic work. If this is not the case, or if I am missing anything, feel free to call me at 561-362-4484 and I will be happy to address and take any necessary steps! They did a wonderful job. Showed up on time finished in a timely manner and I now have a service contract for them to monitor the generator and come out once a year to check everything in person.
