    They installed a complete home generator system that included a 1000 gallon propane tank under a turnkey contract. I was thrilled with there professionalism and quality of work. I had three companies bid on the job and they were the lowest by a substantial amount.

    Spent money on a 36kw Generac Generator back in 2013. This big hunk of junk has never worked properly since the initial install. After many service calls/ 195$ Diagnostics Reliable power realizes that my generator hookup is for propane. I have natural gas! I would assume that is generator install 101 perhaps I am wrong. My generator fails time after time. I pay $595 per year for the "preventative maintenance" which does nothing by cause problems and extra maintenance and money. The owner who sold me the generator was a professional maybe he can come fix my generator and make it work.

    Reliable notified me on Friday that they had not received feedback (via broadband) on the generator monitoring system and immediately set up an appointment for the next business day.  On Monday, Reliable was at my home within the service time agreed and the technician corrected the issue and detailed to me what was wrong and what he did to correct it.  Best of all the issue was covered under warranty!!!

    The service provider was very professional. He did a diagnostic on the generator and found a fault fuel collection. He was able to tell me what the issue was and fix it the same day.
