I hired them and they performed very well I put them on a service contract and they will service my generator in the future

Generator was serviced last July to replace the ends of the battery cables. Service went well. Battery eventually went dead. Called in November and the tech came over because of the dead battery. It was diagnosed as loose battery cables. Asked if loose cables could cause the battery to die. I was told yes. The generator had not been touched since July. I paid the diagnostic fee but later realized why should have I had to pay the diagnostic fee. Reliable called, the next day, to see how things went. I explained what had transpired and the lady said she would email a manager. Friday came and I heard nothing. Called Friday and briefly explained the situation and was told that the manager was in and out of meetings and if he couldn't get back by the end of the day, that the manager would get back by the end of Monday. Heard nothing. Called the next week to see if I could get a copy of my email receipt, since I accidentally deleted the original email. Received nothing. Since then, the generator has killed 3 batteries. Each of which lasted less than a month. Called the credit card company and disputed the charge. Charge refunded. Not only did Reliable not respond to the disputed charge, they didn't respond to the charge back.

The work is not yet complete, permitting process has just started. All of my contacts with the company so far have been very positive. Sales and customer service are handled in a highly professional manner. The final permits and certificates have been completed and closed. All of the people I dealt with at Reliable Power Systems were polite and professional, keeping me up to date on project status. A word of advice to homeowners considering installing a home generator, be prepared to wait for your city to approve permits and complete inspections. These were the items that took the most time, and over which you and company have no control. It is also best to choose a company, like Reliable Power Systems, that handles 100% of the work. I highly recommend this company.

We had several companies come out to give us quotes on a whole house generator system. After narrowing it down to Reliable and one other one as the most professional, we choice Reliable even though they were a little more expensive. I just got a better feeling from them than the other one. Turns out I made a great choice. Reliable did an amazing job in installing my generator and Propane Tank and everything went perfectly. I can be a challenging customer and they were very accomodating and understanding of all my questions and input throughout the process. I was very impressed when they were able to get my propane tank installed, inspected and filled back in all in a single day. Couple of small glitches with the permitting process, but that is not unexpected with a project like this. They obviously had great relationships with the inspectors which shows that they always do good work. I was very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism throughout the process. I fully expected my whole back yard to be a disaster and need to be resodded, but their equipment operators were so good the only sod I had to replace was over the hole that was dug for the propane tank. I can truly recommend Reliable with no reservations! Posting this review has been on my list for several months so unfortunately I can't remember all the names of the guys that worked on my project, but I am certain all of their crews are of the same caliber!
