Installation is a process involving numerous entities beyond YOUR installer digging a hole....CHOOSE WISELY GRASSHOPPER... Govt permits and procedures, Public Utilities involvement, on sight requirements...approval inspections...acts of God. Im not kidding here..all...Create delays.  DO Have Patience .... And Do Hire Reliable. This is a tough business.....in Florida they are what they say.RELIABLE. 5 star

 All of the personnel from Reliable that have been to our home have been very knowledgeable, very courteous, and extremely helpful. Leo arrived on time and completely checked out our system. Leo went the extra mile by even checking the amount of propane that remained in our tank and suggested that since it was still hurricane season that we have the tank topped off. This is an example of the personnel that are employed by Reliable. He did not have to check out the level of our propane on hand but he did. You will be very pleased with this company. From the owner, who came out initially and brought a generator with him to demonstrate (it was on a trailer and he walked me through total operation) to every employee that comes to your home, you will feel like part of the Reliable family.

I’ve used them couple of times and they were very helpful.  They were prompt and they did what they were supposed to.  They gave me the price before they did the work and I have had no problems with them.

Very attentive and customer service oriented...tried very hard to trouble shoot a problem over a late holiday night...couldn't be more pleased with both attitude and workmanship along with assuring that all was properly operative and functioning before leaving. Service Tech Steve Anderson could not have been more attentive and dedicated.

I called for an appointment to have my generator looked at because it was not working. To my surprise, the company had a technician, Leo, come to my house the next day. When Leo was here, he explained why my generator was not working and what needed to be fixed. He told me the price before he did any work...so there was no surprises ( love it !!! ) He need to order parts to get the job finished. His supervisor, Travis,  called me after Leo left to make sure I had a good customer experience. Travis also went over the prices for the parts, and let me know approximately when the parts would be in. The parts came in and Leo and another technician, Steve, came and installed the parts. Leo and Steve were both very nice and professional. The price was high but this was because I have a larger generator and I signed the maintenance agreement of $550.00, and I needed a new battery. I feel the price was fair and the customer service was awesome !!!  Travis and his technicians constantly kept communication with me though out the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone because I had such a great experience.
