The quote was about right, its just that they didn't follow up on my questions or my requests for a site visit.

I had a very wonderful experience with Frank and the installation team which included to name a few Brian, Pat and Mr. Treasure who were there on time; courteous and polite, kept me informed as to what they would be doing and when; entertained my many questions, displayed excellent work ethic and superb knowledge and experience in all their tasks throughout the day. I was very lucky to have gotten this team after another client cancelled on short notice. I found Frank very knowledgeable and asked for him to be my startup Technician(which was standard) . I had very little downtime with my power and was advised every time it would be off. I would like to state I had contacted quiet a few other companies(because that's what you are suppose to do) and only had Reliable come out to the house to do a survey; after meeting with Chris(salesperson) that was it. I realized not only did they have the experience doing Generac and other generator for years; they were on top of everyone else who was in the business. I must say in that in the end it was the other amazing 4/5 star reviews online like mine that sealed the deal. Than you Reliable I will most definitely be using your services again.

Chris from Reliable was great. He showed up on time, did a fantastic job finishing ahead of time and coordinated very well with FPL and the city inspector. He is also a very nice gentleman that I would definitely hire again should I need additional electrical services.
