I made them my permanent generator people! I made an appointment with ease. The guys who came out were very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. We honestly did not know if it would start after 4 years of just sitting there with no service (plus however many before that as we found out it was an original battery). There was a red blinking light underneath the hood (as I call it) and believe it or not, he got it started! Of course we changed out the battery and did some other updates/changes but, I could not have been happier with them! I would definitely recommend them!

They were wonderful. Efficient and knowledgeable. They have been servicing the generator for 2 years. I also had some minor electrical work done and tat too was done quickly and efficiently.

I got an updated written report of how my generator is doing. This is a yearly check-up for my generator. The gentleman who performed the work was very professional and I received a call prior to the date to tell me they were coming. I couldn't ask for better service as my previous generator company charged me for parts that weren't necessary and made me wait 6 weeks for those parts! I finally realized they were not a good company and got rid of them. Now I have Reliable and they certainly are!

I'm not 100% satisfied  but it turned out okay. They are very super expensive. Just to come out is two hundred and ninety dollars, whatever they service they charge for that also. See I have a service deal with them every six months they service is two hundred and ninety dollars and it's two hundred and ninety dollars just to come out and if I call him between that six months and whatever they do they charge for it. The work they did the last time they really shouldn't charge me anything because all they did was add some free on to the radiator.
