I use them 4 times unfortunately but the took care of me. Definitely not scared to get in attics and cross spaces. Definitely are professionals I used Paulo and mike great guys

The inspector, Brett arrived early, performed a thorough inspection, and made me aware of various aspects of the home I would not have thought to ask about. The report that I received could of been written so that the average home owner could under stand with possible a chart that showed minimum allowable values compared to the readings that where taken.

A fire damaged my townhouse, particularly, my roof and attic. A contractor recommended by insurance company replaced my roof, but I felt that he did not do a good job and needed a 3rd party to have it inspected. Lawrence was on-time and did a great job. I informed NextDay Inspect that I have a 3 level townhouse, which is quite high and was concerned about the ability for them to inspect my roof. I was told that the inspector would use a drone to view and to take pictures of my roof. Although Lawrence did not use a drone, but a GoPro attached to a long pole, he was able to obtain sufficient images of my roof. He also provided insight into other areas of my house that need addressing. I will definitely hire them again.
