I am deeply disappointed in my choice of company to complete my home inspection. The inspector was short in temperament and rude to both me and my realtor when we asked questions. I let that go, hence why I didn't leave a review earlier. However, now I'm learning that the inspector is also incompetent. During an inspection of my chimney and furnace, I learned that my furnace should not have any tape to secure it. The inspector only identified the duct tape securing the exhaust vent as being unsafe, not the other tape. I was told that there should be no tape as it can cause a fire. If I'd known this, I would have made different decisions. Now, I have to pay more than I ever intended to address this issue. Deeply disappointed.

Pete did a fantastic job inspecting the condo. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain the condition of the water heater, Plumbing and electrical panel. The digital report was delivered within a day and included detailed photos that helped me understand exactly what needed attention. Highly recommend his services for any home buyer……….

Rhonda is the gold standard for home inspectors, and my experience with her is the ultimate proof of why you should always have a professional inspection. She performed an incredibly thorough inspection, meticulously checking every detail inside and out. T The real "save" happened when she went into the attic and discovered a broken truss. I would have been completely oblivious to this major structural issue, but Rhonda’s keen eye caught it before it could become a financial disaster for me.
