The young man was very professional. He was definitely trained on their procedures and was able to answer most of my questions; however, I wish I knew to request a seasoned professional who was also familiar with the area. One of my main concerns and the reason for the inspection I had to point it out to him prior to his departure. I didn't like that the roof wasn't physically inspected. It was done via camera pictures. Another thing was I wish he told me to turn on/plug items that he wasn't aloud to turn on so they could be properly inspected.

I truly love my experince with Mike Levine and Tim. They were VERY professional, thorough, friendly, informative and cared about my family's wellbeing. We weren't treated like a job; we were treated like old good friends. They were easy to speak with and EXTREMELY patient with me and all of my questions. I would choose them and NextDay Inspect a million times over!!!! I recommend them!!!!

My inspector was very through and found many costly items that needed to be repaired or replaced. He wrote the report extremely fast and communicated to me the day of the inspection several concerning findings.

Paulo was my home inspector who was very friendly and professional. He arrived at the property earlier than the appointed time. He inspected thoroughly to every corner of the property and showed me all the recommendations/improvements that I should be concerned about. During the inspection, he answered all of my questions carefully. I would recommend hiring him.

Two gentlemen inspected my home; they were punctual and professional. It took about 3-4 hours and they were very thorough. One thing though they did not turn on the main breaker switch, therefore some of the utilizes remained off, giving the impression that they were not working at all which was reflected in the final report as not working. Other than that their service was good.
