It was a good experience overall. The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the fact that the inspector didn't tell me everything that was wrong with the place. He only told me a few things. When I looked at the report, there were a few other minor things that he didn't mention.

Matthew Kelly was the inspector for the property, professionalism for him is an understatement! He was friendly too! He provided excellent service and was very thorough, I appreciate his time and honesty. The Office team at Next Day was responsive, helpful, and professional as well. I will use them again in the future, they are highly recommended.
