"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."

My house has never been power washed in 20 years. It looks beautiful. They were very careful and covered up my outdoor lights before power washing the area, I also had them power wash my porch and sidewalk. It also has never been cleaned in 20 years. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. I also asked them to remove six holly bushes. They removed them including the roots! And they cleaned up the flower beds where the plants had been. I am going to have them come back and replace my back porch as well as some interior painting in the future. I highly recommend Ronquillo Services LLC. "The sales process with Vinyl-Lite was the most laid-back, low-pressure, and friendly out of all the companies we vetted. Our sales rep, Matt, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, reassuring, and honest. We love supporting local businesses! Scheduling the installation was a breeze, handled over a quick phone call, and incredibly flexible. On the day of installation, we had everything ready, with our blinds removed, pictures taken down, and areas around the windows cleared. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work! With sixteen windows to replace, they completed the job in about eight hours. The crew was friendly, showed respect for our home, and worked efficiently. Once all the windows were in place, they did a commendable job of cleaning up and removing debris. At the end of the day, Sam paid us a visit to ensure quality control, demonstrate how to use and clean our new windows, and address any remaining questions. Together, we identified a couple of small issues, and he worked with the crew to address them promptly. No hassle for us, which is the way I like it! And now, the windows themselves. We are pleased with the quality and construction, knowing that they are well-suited for Virginia's climate, built right here in Virginia. We're relieved that we didn't fall for any of the other companies' gimmicks promoting unnecessary features and upsells. Moreover, we can rest assured that with the company's long-standing history and heritage, if we ever need warranty assistance, they'll still be around to help. In summary, Vinyl-Lite provided a fantastic window buying experience that was easy, cost-effective, and stress-free!"

"Jordon understands roof system very well. He discussed the issue over the phone, provided rough estimates for small repair at very reasonable price. When asked to include tune-up, he provided another reasonable quote. He and his crew performed the repair efficiently, did roof maintenance where needed, inspected a wavy section of the roof and determined the cause (not due to loose shingles, not susceptible to water damage), and provided honest diagnosis. Overall, I’m impressed about their professionalism and knowledge about the roofing system, and customer service attitude. "An absolutely phenomenal company that treats customers the way they should be treated. They replaced the windows in my entire home (11 windows) and did an amazing job. They also offer 0% interest financing same as cash options in various lengths, which the clock doesn’t even start for repayments on until installation. This was extremely helpful to me given the large purchase order to do my entire house at once. They are also extremely competitive (in some things 20-40% cheaper) from a pricing standpoint for the same product given they are a small company and don’t maintain substantial overhead. I saved literal thousands of dollars on my windows by going with them for the same product I almost purchased through another company. Roland was also very straightforward with me on all products and never tried to upsell me with things I did not need. He even told me when more expensive products were not worth it and provided me with all of the warranty information for various lines that they offer. He’s been working in this business for a long long time and his experience is evident in conversations with him. He and his wife own the company and they are wonderful. The installers that came were extremely professional, made sure to double check everything with me before installation, protected my house/floors during, and then cleaned up and had me check to make sure everything was good to go afterwards. Very hardworking crew and they did a phenomenal job. I am renovating my entire house top to bottom and one thing I’ve learned is that almost nothing is level or plumb, except my newly installed windows! Made putting my widow casing on extremely easy, which I greatly appreciated! From start to finish I cannot recommend this company enough. Nicest people. I went with the ProVia Aspect windows and they are gorgeous. They also capped the bay window and garage door surrounds for me with PVC so they will never rot again and did an amazing job! I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision.
