Davon Cheek was very professional and informative on his inspection. As we walked around, he would inform me of what he found and always recommend any kind of remedy if it is simple. If not, he would suggest getting a professional to come and take a look at it. He took his time around the house and was very detailed. He would always point out the items he thought were a little concerning in areas that we normally don't see on a regular basis. I was amazed on the knowledge he had and would definitely use his services again.
