Using NDI (Next Day Inspect) for my 3rd and final home was WELL WORTH any cost. Builders will "screw you" with sub-standard construction workers rushing the jobs. The inspector caught everything I would have never looked for in my 1st and 2nd single family home. I told my initial pre drywall meeting that I wanted any nit-picky imperfections noted, since the home was well over $490-K

We LOVED Gerald! He was thorough, careful and attentive. We needed an inspection to determine if a house was a rental we would sign a lease for.
