Absolute professionals. They were able to accommodate my adhoc request for a home inspection the very "next day". I appreciate all the back channel conversation they might have needed to have to make it possible since it was pretty late in the evening when I started talking with them. Everyone I talked with, from the call center agent to the home inspector, were excellent at that they did. The inspection itself was pretty thorough and the field agent was knowledgeable (not to mention dedicated) to what he was doing. We were thoroughly briefed on the end of the inspection and the report we got after was clean and easy to understand.

The response time for a quote and setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Michael arrived on time (even before I did). His inspection was thorough, and he would update me on findings throughout the process. He told me the full report would be sent to me the following morning, and that it was. It was very detailed and easily accessible. I would use their services in the future.

Our home inspector found excessive mold growth during the inspection. Have we not gotten this home inspection we would have totally missed this. I was able to talk directly to the inspector and received additional information and recommendation on how to proceed with mold remediation. Thanks!
