As a first time home buyer, this is exactly the type of service I needed. They communicated with me and my realtor seamlessly to schedule all parts of the inspection. Keith (the inspector) was friendly and open to answer all of my questions and double check the little things. The report itself was very thorough and easy to read and understand.

The inspector was respectful of my place and was very easy to work with. I had a condo inspected and they missed some damage with the exterior under the assumption that it was covered with condo association. When I learned that area was not covered, I contacted NextDay Inspect and they were able to send out a contractor to fix the issue at no charge. I would highly recommend them for any home inspection, and I am very impressed with their customer service.

The gentlemen were very professional and knowledable during my home inspection. They were prompt and called 30 minutes before arriving at my home. They were thorough and careful in my new home. I called them a second time for radon testing and was happy with their prompt response and report. I would definitely recommend NextDay Inspect.
