Hired NextDay inspect for our pre-drywall and move-in inspections and found them to be very good at what they do. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to provide services to us. Definitely recommend hiring them.

Gerald was great and easy to work with. Gerald was on time even though we were a little late and was able to get started with our agent. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He mentioned what we should be concerned about or not including his recommendations on certain items, and even provided some advice on areas from his own experience. He also provided the report on time, which was within 24 hours after our inspection date/time. Highlighy recommend!

For the money, they did a good job. Few issues in the report for instance; references to rooms and the picture was not that room. Also, a bunch of items where N/A or was not tested was marked. It seemed like if it was easily testable; it was just marked and they moved on. It was a quick inspection and overall; Iâ m hoping they caught everything but not 100% sure nor do I feel comfortable that they did.

They were helpful enough to arrange an inspector to come out on late notice, though they did charge a $50 rush fee
