Great experience, Rhonda had a lot of great feedback on how things are supposed to be and recommendations of what need to be done to get things up to code, as well explaining potential causes and long term effects of certain damages that need to be fixed.

This was the most complete and thorough home inspection I have ever seen. It was 110 pages of complete and total detail, NOTHING was overlooked. Highly recommend!

Rhonda is absolutely incredible! I was completely blown away by how quickly the inspection report came back — and even more impressed by how unbelievably thorough it was.
