Customer service was top notch. I was able to schedule an inspection next day. The inspector I got was Davon. The company sent me a picture of him and his credentials before the inspection so I was impressed. Davon was thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He wore a mask the entire time and was just a complete pleasure to work with. I followed him along the entire inspection and he explained things to me as we walked around the property. I received the inspection report the next day and on top of the great service I received they had the lowest price and fastest availability of all the 4 other companies I contacted for quotes. I even added a thermal inspection and again it came out lower price that all the other companies I contacted. I highly recommend nextday inspect and Davon.

He came early and was very accommodating since we were having our toilet repaired at the same time. He did the inspection on the outside first to catch the natural lighting and was very professional. He answered all of our questions about shut offs and explained important aspects of our house such as shut offs and maintenance tips. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and thorough! NextDay was very accommodating with rescheduling definitely recommend hiring them! The report came in less than 48 hours after the inspection.
