My home inspection was completed by Jerry Clark. He was on time and very thorough. I appreciated his receptiveness to the observations that I made separately. I thought he did an excellent job with the inspection that he completed and he prepared the report within the 48-hour timeframe indicated. (Actually, I think the report was completed within 24 hours despite the inspection taking place on a weekend!) Great experience all around, which was especially reassuring as I prepare to close on my first condo.

It was our first newly built home, and we wanted an independent inspection so as not to depend on what the builder was telling us. As it turn out, there were quite a few things that the builder overlooked which NextDay Inspect (Mike L.) identified. We were pleased with the thorough inspection that was done. We would recommend NextDay Inspect to anyone buying a brand new home or a resale one. The cost is minimal to what you are paying for your biggest investment. You will be glad you did an inspection with NextDay Inspect!

It was a simple and quick process to hire someone for our pre-drywall inspection. Our inspector showed up on time and was very thorough with his visit. We were surprised to see how quick the report was sent to us and how detailed it was.
