Arrived on time and clearly explained the testing procedure....placed test equipment in my basement. Returned in two days to pick-up equipment. Reported test results within two hours via phone call and email.

Rhonda was amazing! Very detailed and found things not seen by the natural eye. Unfurtonaitly I had to pull out of the contract because the repairs needed and the owner did not want to replace HVAC and water heater but without the detailed inspection it would have never been found.

Rhonda was phenomenal at her job and explained the most miniscule concern a homeowner could have while owning the home she inspected. She was very well informed on the details that could cause problems and provided possible future repairs I needed to look out for.
