Overall, excellent work! They were great about communicating with me before, during and after the project, and were quite friendly throughout. The team came a few hours early, which normally would be a bonus, but it meant I wouldn't have time to drop my my dog (who launches sneak attacks on vacuums) at "camp" for the day. It was not a huge inconvenience, and I wouldn't want to discourage them from coming early in the future. The team was quick, thorough and detail oriented (folded my toiled paper into cute little fans, haha) and I will likely hire them again for periodic/monthly cleaning.

They did good work. However, I asked for them to come a bit earlier in their 11a-1p window. They ended up coming 45 minutes late. I understand that traffic and other things come up, but this should have been managed better. Also, my house has a few high chandeliers/lamps in the hallway which they did not clean although a step ladder was provided so that they could access them. I got two different answers to this: that this type of service is not covered by the actual workers....and that it would be done if the chandelier was accessible by step ladder from the home office.
Response from Company:
We apologize about the missed understanding. the cleaning crew do not clean chandeliers at all that is a different service that we do not provide. We do dust them only if they can reach it with the two step ladder that the company provides. Because of liability concerns we do not use customers ladders.

Came earlier than expected which was fine but I almost went out for the morning. Quanpaulo was very neat, efficient and thorough. ( I apologize if I have misspelled his name). He was also very polite. Would definitely recommend Nav-Ex. My windows look beautiful.
