The overall cleaning was good. However, the attention to detail was not good. I feel I paid too much money for the service I received. Additionally, I was charged a different price than what was quoted to me by phone (I was charged extra for my basement). On the phone I asked what the cost would be for the maintenance cleaning without the basement and was told $30 less. My quote for the first time cleaning was $160, but when the crew arrived, I was told it would be $190 to do the basement too. I let it go because I was told the crew would pay a lot of attention to detail. Regretfully, I was not satisfied.

The price was the cheapest we were quoted, but upon seeing our large utility room, Fabiola raised the price by $30. This was ok, as the room is big, but I would have appreciated notice that the price might change upon inspection of the house. Otherwise I was pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning. We have also decided to hire their service to clean the house on a bi-weekly basis.
