Language barrier with staff members proved to be a real problem. Several items were moved and relocated after staff was asked not to do so, and we are still trying to find some items.

I was very pleased with your service. Each of your vendors responded very quickly and all were polite and friendly. I was not able to be at the property the day it was to be cleaned. Ms. Fabiola made it easy to work out the details and I appreciated the convenes that she afforded to me.

Ms. Never was excellent to work with -- very professional, responsive and accommodating. Her team went to work as soon as they arrived, knew what needed to be done, and worked steadily. My only slight concern was that the house was not as clean as I had hoped it could be when they finished the first, deep cleaning -- but I'm sure the team did not realize how big a job they would be facing (I hired Home Cleaning Services to clean my elderly relatives' home which had been sorely neglected for many months). There is no question that I got my money's worth of very good service. I plan to continue to use Home Cleaning Services on an ongoing basis.

They were really awesome! We have windows that come out of the casing, but are pretty ungainly and heavy. When they realized the gals couldn't safely remove and replace the windows, Fabiona called in recruits that could and did a great job. I will definitely have them back.
