A globe from my dining room light was broken, the snuffer in my ashtray was thrown away. The agreement was to clean 2 half baths, 2 full baths, Lvgrm, Dngrm, Kitchen, 2 bdrms, dust an vacuum basement. We had to request that the basement bath be cleaned and there was no attempt to vacuum or dust the basement.

The cleaning of the carpets was fair. Had I done the job myself I would have run the carpet cleaner across the rug in both directions to ensure a thorough cleaning. As it was, the carpet cleaning was done in only one direction and parts were missed. It was an okay job. Not excellent.
