While I thought the service was great, I was not given a reasonable quote for my initial cleaning and ending up paying $100 more than I was quoted. It was worth it, but I feel like it was a poor job of managing my expectations and could have been a turn off if everything else wasn't on point.

Absolutely terrible. Had to go over everything again. The company sent two men for three and when they left it was as if they had never been there. Since then I have tried to speak with some one to complain as have people at service magic and no one has gotten back to me. I would never hire this company ever again and would not reccamend them. It was a huge waste of my time and money and a terrible experience altogether

They do an ok job. The owner and people who answer the phone are pleasant to deal with. They were very responsive to the quote request. However, the price seems a little high for the level of detail they they give to the cleaning. I will continue to use them at this point, but may reevaluate at some point in the future.
