This company was amazing to work with. I asked them to come out last minute and they were super accommodating and professional. Juan did a great job cleaning the carpet and Luis was wonderful to work with as far as scheduling. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service thus far, and we're picky!

First, you should know that I am VERY PICKY about the cleanliness of my home, and I've hired more than one cleaning professional in my day. Some were good, some were great, but this company is OUTSTANDING. They exceeded all of my expectations! The ladies were meticulous, paid attention to fine details, were efficient, and used their time judiciously. And to boot the team appointed my home with many special details, like their beautiful towel and pillow arrangements in the bed and bath rooms. After the first cleaning I book recurring appointments. I plan to employ them for many years to come!

The cleaning crew was incredibly professional and they did an awesome job, beyond my expectations.

Prompt, professional and courteous. They don't take breaks and are constantly working. This was my first time hiring such a company because I am very particular and normally do everything myself. However, I recently injured myself and can't do it any more. So after much research and review I selected this company. Glad I did they did an awesome job sanitizing the whole house from windows to, stove, to vacuuming out each vent which was full of I don't know what all from the previous residents. What a blessing this cleaning was. The house was empty so that made it easier to clean. You could tell that they were professionals and had been doing this for while. I was there the whole time but really did have to do anything. Thanks Team 1. Cant wait to have you do my house. Most of all the cost was very reasonal. Jss

This company makes money by scheduling hourly cleaning. It sent two cleaner-team, and each person took one hour each to clean two small bathrooms (one-person hour per small bathroom), yet they didn't do the deep cleaning they promised to clean. Using six-person hour, the team cleaned only four bathrooms, and nothing else!! These bathrooms were clean and totally empty and we hired them as we are to move into this clean newly purchased house!! They supposed to clean all the base board. The owner came, and he told us that each person is different, and if the cleaner take time they can't do anything, and we have to pay by hour. I'm sure he doesn't pay the cleaners $60+ per hour, and making money by sending one good and one inefficient cleaner. We were very very disappointed by the owners and their manager's attitude. In the middle of the cleaning, they sent a supervisor, who agreed with me about the problems with cleaning, but it appeared she didn't have any power to make sure that the job is well done. In fact she tried to work a bit to compensate but she was called back by the owner!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone. If they are getting five stars, I think they are giving those stars to themselves. They are in the business of making money and not proving service.
