    It was a pleasure to deal with this company. Very professional and very friendly. They were organized and completed everything that was required. Top notch. Would definitely recommend them. They were flexible with the time and amount of work needed to be done. I was amazed to know how many services they offer. I wish I knew about this company a long time ago.

    Ms. Never is unbelievable. Mr. Never is unbelievable. I am a hard grader and I would give each of them 100%....We had both housecleaning service AND carpet cleaning the same day. It was totally coordinated between the two services....The service workers were professional and courteous. We cannot be happier with having selected this service which is called "Nav-Ex." I was impressed also with the speedy with which Four Seasons Company responded to my original email.....Within 10 minutes from when I sent the email. I also was impressed with the estimate which Four Seasons provided. I was pleased also that a representative from ServiceMagic called me a couple of days later to inquire whether I had heard from each of the 3 companies. I had heard from all three......But I would never sign up with a company who does not come to give an estimate (i.e., "Reliable"). Please add me name and phone number (571-216-6737) to the list of those people who can be contacted for verbal references. I cannot praise the never company sufficiently.     The service was overall was good. However, there were some areas that were overlooked, i.e. the baseboards in the kitchen and the area of the floor between the refrigerator and the cabinet. Also the top of the armoire in the master bedroom was not dusted. I am hoping that this was just due to the fact that this was the first cleaning and believe that these areas will be addressed in the next time.

    They did a wonderful job. The owner stopped by to evaluate their work & to ensure I was happy with the cleaning. I would recommend their deep cleaning service to anyone. I am currently considering using them on a bi-weekly basis.

    The ladies who came to clean did a wonderful job. It cost a little more than they expected, but the tenants left the house very dirty. We would have been hard pressed to get all the work done without them. Thanks!

    I had a very unfortunate experience with Home Cleaning Services. The team was supposed to arrive at 12pm but had not come when I left my house at 2pm. I left clear written directions on what to clean, but came home and found dirt on the window seals, visible mold still in the showers, and dust on the closet shelves. Frankly, I am worried that they came, took the $175 check and left without cleaning anything. I was extremely disappointed and will not be relying on your services again. I hope this was an anomaly b/c treating customers like this isn't the way to build a successful, profitable business.

    Response from Company:

    Unfortunatly this customer change his mind at the last minute and could not meet the time that was giving to him. The customer was advised that the only time we had available was between 1:30 and 2:30pm arrival time. The customer had agreed to pay by the hour do to the size of the job. We told him that it was going to take 4 to 5 hrs.The customer stop the crew 3 hrs into the job.
