Juan worked quietly throughout the house, inside and out, moving things that were needed in order to clean the windows. They look great! We will do this more often. He was very friendly and pleasant. The only problem was figuring out what the price was because our windows are in all different sizes and the rates differ according to guesswork about the size of each window. Nevertheless, it was all worked out harmoniously. Wouldn't it be easier to just charge by the hour?

Arrived on time, started job immediately, did a thorough job. My only gripe is that it took 4+ hrs with a 2-person crew. The house was totally empty and it shouldn't have taken that long. This was a "move-in" cleaning.
