Hired them to do a carpet steam cleaning, and scotchguard protection. Very reasonable price, they were polite on the phone, showed up on time, everything as promised; quality quite satisfactory. Recommended.

Nav-Ex customer service was wonderful. They were very responsive in responding to my inquiry and even faster to respond after I had questions about their service. I received a phone call while the cleaners were enroute and a confirmation of their arrival. The ladies were friendly with no attitude and I feel they did a good job. After the services were finished, they called me back to inspect and called their manager to confirm and I received the up-front bill as I was told. I would recommend this service.

The staff was friendly and very professional at all times. They arrived on time and finished within the time stated. We were very pleased with the work they did, including a few small decorative touches (pillow arrangement, kleenex "fan" in the holder, etc.). The price seemed a little steep, but this was the first cleaning, which was a little more in depth. I would definitely hire them again.

The cleaners did a great job on our college rental house. It was left very dirty from the previous renters. The house looked great after they were finished. We will use them again for this house, which is an annual change over for new renters.
