Very thorough and efficient cleaning! Just make sure you go over the cleaning checklist they provide when the team arrives, it's not all automatic. That being said, their attention to detail was superb!

The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient.

You need to fill out a credit card form in advance. They will then narrow down the time that they show.

We hired Nav-Ex, LLC in 2007, and we have been using them ever since. They are very professional, thorough, and are committed to excellence! We highly recommend them!!!

Arrived on time; took time to look at all of the cleaning needs before starting and worked without stopping for three hours - top to bottom of our townhouse. Our wall to wall carpeting in particular had many long time pet stains that I wasn't sure would come clean but 99% are now gone. If you are tired of paying a fortune for half done cleaning (which I've done twice before Nav Ex), call these guys. Juan was the technician who came and he is great at his job.

The cleaners showed up on time and did an excellent job. Best of all, both ladies were pleasant and courteous. I am pleased and would hire Nav-Ex again.

I used them for a move-out cleaning. They were a little late arriving but I was informed by their office of the delay. They did an outstanding job. I think the services were affordable and it was well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend them to others and I am considering hiring them for monthly cleaning at the new property.
