Cleaning was done thoroughly and efficiently. Nothing was overlooked. I can honestly say that it couldn't have been better. We will be using Nav-Ex monthly. They are the best!!

The worst cleaning company I have ever hired.
Response from Company:
Unfortunately, this customer was not ready for us to clean her house. And not only was she not ready having the house full of people visiting from out of town did not help much. We did try our best to clean around all of the 17 people that I counted in her home but you can do but so much when you have that many people in a townhouse. We did offer to re-schedule her cleaning but she refuse. In this situation the team cleaning this place did the best they could.
