    Nav-Ex gave me a list of the things included in the cleaning, which included light fixtures, inside and outside cleaning of appliances(frige, Stove, etc). Workers only wiped the outside of the appliance, and I had to remind them of the inside...Workers called their supervisor who told them to clean the inside of the appliances. I asked them to clean the light fixtures, workers called their boss again, and put me on the phone with them...boss says they can clean the light fixtures but they are not responsible if they get broke. I had to take down the fixtures so they could clean them.

    Thank you for your comments. The List that we send our clients is very specific and mentions that if the customer needs the refrigerator clean inside and the oven inside that we need to know in advance. Our policy is that if a customer ask for this services during their schedule cleaning the team members need to call the office for approval. As for as the light fixtures if they look delicate or if they look like they can fall and break the team members have to call the office and we will speak with the customer to make them aware of our concerns.

    Many thanks for helping me help my father as I am many miles away from him at this time. My only "complaint" is that I asked for the billing for this first visit to be sent to me so that I could pay for it. An additional charge of $30 was emailed to my father, so he had to email to me. I also don't know exactly what the $30 was for as it was not explained on the invoice. Additional charges other than what was agreed upon need to be explained. Thank you.

    Thought it was a bait and switch. They asked about how many bathrooms and BRs I have etc. gave me a price then 1 hour into the cleaning they say they can only do half the work they promised me for the price they quoted me.

    Response from Company:

    Absolutely not true. He only wanted one hour and we advised him that it would depend on the condition of the apartment. When the team arrived they called the office letting us know of the poor condition of the place as well as sending us picture via email. We call and advise him that it would take us one hour if not more just to pick up everything before we could start cleaning. He told us to do as much as we can in 1 hour because he did not have enough money to pay for anything else.

    The ladies came for the first time today, to do their in-depth initial clean. They've done a wonderful job, and I look forward to having them back every two weeks. We'll be paying $95 bi-weekly for our 1200sqft apartment. That's a little more than some cleaning services charge, but the service they give is well worth it I think.

    I hired them for a move-out clean as I was turning my condo into a rental property. Everything was handled over the phone. They entered the property via a key in a lockbox, as instructed. Everything went smoothly, and my tenant thought the cleaning was good. No complaints.

    The person I spoke with at Nav-Ex to make an appointment was so helpful and pleasant. Delightful. The appt. was scheduled for between 10AM - 1:00PM arrival. Jess called this morning to let me know the cleaners would arrive at 11:00AM,...so I would know when to expect them. They were on time. They did a great job. They arranged my frig better than I ever did. The carpet cleaner gentleman did the best job on my 27 yr old carpet than anyone has ever done before. I am very happy with all of your service and look forward to calling them again. Elaine W.
