Service date - 10/26/12 Nav-Ex LLC contacted me wright away I filled in a request in Home Advisor. I requested carpet cleaning service on the next day after duct cleaning. Two guys came on time; they were very polite and did their job quickly, thoroughly and with very reasonable price. Im very satisfied with this service because my 6 years old son has severe allergy on dust and he had no reaction after service was completed.

They did a great job on our carpets, however it has taken well over 48 hours for the carpet to dry instead of the 4-5 hours of dry time quoted. Nevertheless it was a job well done and the workers were very friendly and made sure eveything was cleaned even up to the last step they made out of the house. A++
