I hired them for a move in. They did a very nice job, and they were reasonably priced and efficient. They did not do all of the details, but I am pretty picky (light switches and plates, certain hard to see parts of the floor, etc.). However, they even got on a ladder and cleaned a very high ledge. I was very satisfied.

They did a pretty good job, but there when they left there was still sticky cabinets. Also, the kitchen floors were still dirty in between the tiles. The baseboards were still dirty and some window sills. For the price it wasn't bad but they definitely left something to be desired.

This was a move out cleaning and the custumer was not ready when we arrived. He still had things laying around and against the walls. We did what we could with the areas that were accesible. He forgot to mentioned that we came back to redo those areas at no extra charge.

I did not feel the 2 women representing the company did a thorough cleaning. This initial cleaning should be the most thorough. They did not clean the baseboards, they barely dusted the dressers or the nightstands, the microwave still had grease on top. They did not wipe behind items on the kitchen counter, like the coffee maker, cannisters, the TV. The bathrooms were not as spotless as expected. When I contacted them, the company did offer to have the ladies come back and re-clean. Their customer service was good.

Received a quote over the phone. Scheduled appointment for 8 a.m. and realized I had another obligation, easily rescheduled for the same day but at 9:30 a.m. Two workers arrived promptly, some confusion over scope of job, I misunderstood quote as including the screens but it did not, workers spoke little English but quickly connected me with the office and received acceptable requote including cleaning screens. Windows look great, screens so clean it looks like there aren't any screens. Very pleased.
