    I specifically asked for extra grease removal in the kitchen and I was unpleasantly surprised to see it still there when I got back to the house. I feel the crew that was there did not hear of my specific request, or they would have made sure it was done. Likely a communication issue from the person who took the order.

    I can't rate above yet - but when work is done, I will. That is why rating is "not actual" - I haven't experienced it yet ~ I was contacted immediately and set appt to meet & go over job requirements. I expect to call them when work in house is finished. Very professional, prompt and if all goes as expected, I expect to use them for my regular cleaning.

    The service was great! Although I was overcharged for a half hour,they were there for 2 hours. I did mention this to A Mrs at Nav-ex. Nothing was done and I gave the cleaning crew a tip. Maybe a sign in and sign out sheet for the next client, in order to keep track of time.

    Thank you for the tip about the sign in and out sheet. Each of our team have a tablet and we share their schedule and communicate with them as well. Each time a team gets to a customers home they call the office and check in and when they leave the home they call to let us know. When this customer call to let us know about the concern she had with the time, we checked the the actual time they parked in her driveway with the GPS tracking app that we have in the tablet and the time they actually call from the cell phone. We did the same when they finish the job and the total time that they spend working at this home was 2 hours and 45min.
