The ladies that worked on my house were professional. They came in ready to work and when I would check on them periodically, they were not sitting around passing time. The ladies worked hard to try and understand what I was asking them to help me with and that's a plus for me b/c in the past (with another company) the language barrier was a bit frustrating.

One time only cleaning that had never before been done during the 15 years I've lived here and I'm not sloppy. It's easy to see why Nav-Ex has so many good reviews. Incredibly thorough. Two hard working ladies that don't miss anything. Took longer than I thought (=more money) but I feel like I got my money's worth and that's the bottom line.

They did a good job cleaning. After 4 hours, they got the kitchen, bathroom, and most of another room finished, but the rooms were VERY dirty, so I'm not sure if they could have been more efficient or not. It was a little difficult communicating since they didn't speak English, so I had to speak to someone in the office. Overall, however, I was happy with the service.

They worked steadily and i was kept informed of what needed to be done and the time it would take throughout the cleaning process. My house looked so good and smelled so clean. Cannot wait for them to return.
