Jay came on a sunday to resolve my printer issue. My son had spent hours to try to resolve it however Mr Shapiro was able to resolve it quite quickly. He knows his stuff and explains what he has done and what I need to do going forward to protect my computer. 5 stars and will be calling him again

Jay works from New York, but he can link to a computer anywhere. He is ENDLESSLY patient. Also very kind. He absolutely knows what he's doing, and as far as I can tell, my computer is feeling well again. It was seriously messed up. He took a while, but he works hard, and I'm glad I got him.

Jay did a great job of taking a computer that was running very slowly cleaning it up and getting it back to where it had to be in terms of speed. He was fast and efficient and charged the reasonable amount of money. I would definitely recommend him.

Jay saved my business yesterday, as my only computer was crashing for several days! He was very busy when I finally broke down and called him in panic mode. He understood the urgency, came to my rescue and made time in his busy day to deliver same day service! As of this morning, it appears that I?m back in business, thanks to Jay, his work ethic, knowledge and caring. He works remotely and can be trusted. I can exhale now. Thank you Jay!
