Jay was exceptionally responsive both substantively and timely. In an afternoon he remotely scanned and secured my laptop from a hacker virus and provided a clear invoice summarizing his work. I will use him for future needs for computer repair or malware removal.

Jay is extremely responsive, analytical, and easy to work with. He worked quickly to identify the need for data backup, along with looking at getting a laptop with more 'horsepower' and memory. After I purchased and received the new laptop, he copied all my data from my old to the new laptop, checked the laptop settings and made modifications, and fixed any glitches. Was a very, very quick and efficient process that he did within an expedited timeframe.

Jay is very efficient and knows IT from A to Z. He helped me set up a new computer, moved all my files and programs from the old computer to the new one, and made sure both new and existing programs were working properly. He also made sure I had the latest malware and spyware programs. Most importantly, heâ s very responsive to any questions you may have. Text or call, he will respond quickly. I couldnâ t be happier with the service.

Jay is a consumate professional in his field, knowing his strengths and limitations. Her is personable and considerate. I had to leave to get some radiology tests while he was here and felt completely comfortable even though I was leaving him in an empty house. I will continue using Jay as my first goto guy for any computer issues. Of course, I'd have like to have paid less because I always like to pay less. But, Jay was transparent and fair with his billing. I recommend using Jay for any computer related needs.
