Jay was responsive to my inquiryâ ¦ scheduling conflicts he came to fix my computer within 24 hours of my first contact. Jay was prompt, personable and efficient, my computer was up and running in no time. I worked on it for a few days and decided I needed something tweaked, he did it right away and NOW my computer is working just right.
