Jay Shapiro exceeded my expectations He arrived early, and worked efficiently to get much more than I originally hired him for done His depth of knowledge is vast. Knows his stuff. Got me out of a mess with Windows, Dropbox and security system update conflicts that knocked me off line. Also quickly set up Home mesh network quickly.

Having spent most of my professional life at Merck, I know quality and integrity when I meet it...and it's Jay! I moved to NYC from NJ this past December and needed a "go to" computer guy for all things related to my home laptop. I was in search for 1. someone Microsoft certified and 2. someone who would come to my home and either do the work there, or pick-up and deliver. What did I get? An EXPERT, and a nice guy. Jay was in touch with me MINUTES after I searched for his services, and was at my door in a matter of hours. In 2 days, Jay had me up and running, laptop cleaned-up and corrupt MS profile fixed. Jay installed a feature that will allow us to connect remotely moving forward. I am happy and relieved to have found Jay, as I am not one to hire generic "Geeks" who offer a "membership package"...What is that???? I just need a guy who knows more than I! Thanks, Jay!!!!
